Thank you for shopping at Baneen Mart. We value your business and aim to provide a transparent and reliable shopping experience. Please review our policies regarding the delivery of your items and our process for returns and refunds.


1. Delivery Policy

1.1 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or SMS if there is a significant delay.

1.2 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Standard Delivery: Typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
  • Express Delivery: (If available) Typically takes 1-2 business days.

1.3 Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

1.4 Damages

  • Baneen Mart is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

2. Refund & Return Policy

2.1 Return Window

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Pet Supplies: Opened bags of pet food or used pet medication/grooming tools.
  • Beauty & Personal Care: Items that have been unsealed or used.
  • Electronics: Items where the factory seal has been broken (unless the unit is defective).

2.3 Returns Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@baneenmart.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2.4 Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Bank Transfer, etc.).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s or bank’s policies.

2.5 Exchanges (If Applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at our support address.

3. International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • For orders shipped internationally (e.g., between the UK and Pakistan), please note that the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
  • Custom duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
